Having established himself as a professional drummer, Derryman is endorsed by Roland UK and writes regularly for Drummer Magazine as their resident ‘technology expert.’ Tom also teaches on ‘Sticks in Motion’ – a website dedicated to music education.
Tom Derryman graduated from BIMM Bristol in 2012, having been mentored by live jungle/drum ‘n’ bass drummer, Chris Polglase (aka The Jungle Drummer).

Tom is signed as a collaborative writer, producer, and live artist to ‘Run Tingz Recordings’ – a Ragga Jungle / DnB label – under the alias ‘Breakah.’
Utilising electronic components alongside a standard acoustic kit, he has forged a unique way of playing – a style developed while at BIMM.
