The BIMM Dublin Midnight Hour Sessions

The Manuscript, BIMM Dublin’s student run newspaper, is delighted to announce a new weekly event for BIMM students in one of Dublin’s most prestigious music venues, Whelan’s.

The Midnight Hour Sessions will begin in January 2018 and will take place on Thursday nights, with two BIMM acts performing per night (one headline act and one support act). BIMM bands and artists of all genres and styles are welcome to perform.

This event is a fantastic opportunity for students of BIMM Dublin. The Dublin music scene has never been as vibrant as it is at the moment, and the college truly has a wealth of talent to offer audiences. In giving BIMM Dublin students the opportunity to perform in such a reputable music venue, they are being placed at the very heart of this scene.

Additionally, performing at these sessions will allow them to gain valuable experience in performing outside of the college environment. Some of Ireland’s most talented musicians have performed in Whelan’s over the years, The Manuscript hopes to bring some new ones to the stage.
