Joe Wall
Artist Development Tutor
Joe formed The Stunning in 1987 with his brother Steve, co-writing their first hit single ‘Got to Get Away’ that same year.
The band went on to have two No. 1 albums and a string of hit singles, including 'Half Past Two', 'Heads' and 'Romeo’s on Fire'. Their biggest hit, ‘Brewing Up A Storm’, became an anthem regularly heard at Irish international football and rugby games, and it still enjoys a high level of radio airplay. From the ashes of The Stunning, Joe formed The Walls, releasing two Top 10 albums to date and scoring hits with ‘To the Bright and Shining Sun’ and ‘Bone Deep’.
Joe has toured the USA, Europe and Australia, and has played support to U2, Bob Dylan, Crowded House and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. He’s also composed soundtrack music for movies and theatre, and is an experienced studio engineer.
